In the Russian translation, the lyrics convey a similar message. The singer reminisces about a time when they loved and dreamed, greeting the summer sun with a smile. However, the early autumn entered their soul along with the cold darkness. The singer urges their friend to quickly rejoice, laugh, and dance because the night will soon come to an end. In the solemn silence, a skeleton passes among them, dressed in a shroud. This skeleton takes pleasure in plucking flowers and enjoying wine, all the while reminding everyone to remember him amidst life's joys. The singer emphasizes that the secrets of this skeleton, marked with a deadly seal, cannot be unravelled on this transitory Earth. The skull shines, and the bones rattle, beckoning them to his underground palace, where their joys will find their end.
