1) Ott is a record producer and musician who has worked with Sinéad O'Connor, Embrace, The Orb, and Brian Eno, and has achieved recognition since 2002 for his own psychedelic dub tracks and his collaborations with Simon Posford (Hallucinogen / Shpongle). He has released two albums on Twisted Records: Blumenkraft (2003), Skylon (2008) and one album on Ottsonic: Mir (2011). Ottsonic also released a digital live album in 2013, by Ott & The All-Seeing I, as well as a new digital single from Ott, entitled Baby Robot (2013).
Since the early 2000s, Ott has produced, mixed and recorded music released on Twisted Records, including various collaborations with founder Simon Posford. His first major contribution to Twisted was the record Hallucinogen - In Dub, on which he remixed six classic Hallucinogen songs. In May 2003 he released his own album, Blumenkraft, on Twisted; it was reviewed by The Wire. His work has also been featured in releases from the record label Liquid Sound Design (now known as Liquid Sound, run by Martin Glover), especially those compilations produced by Humphrey Bacchus during his time at the label. He followed up his debut album in January 2008 with Skylon, followed by Mir in March 2011.
Ott performed at the Glastonbury Festival in 2007. His performance at Glade Festival in 2011 was described as "the perfect opening act" in an article at Virtual Festivals. That publication also called Ott a "Psy-dub maestro" and gave his performance a full 10/10.
Ott was accompanied by the The All-Seeing I on tour in 2013, where the latter contributed to live versions of Ott's tracks. This tour was recorded and released in Blu-ray under the title "Live at Terminal West", which also was the title for the live album release.
Ott is otherwise connected to Umberloid which is a collaboration with Chris Barker.
He has also contributed to several other records on Twisted as well as other labels.

I can't pretend we're just friends, no easy way to say
What I feel in every way, no time for part time love
It's a game that goes nowhere, I'm not gonna play I swear
Somewhere somehow I just knew, that I would find someone like you
Door is open walk on through, there's not a thing I would not do for you.
Be my forever girl, come into my life share my world
Be my forever girl, to the end of time to the end of time
These are lessons I have learnt, when you find love so strong
Got to take it with both hands, reach on out you know you can
Somewhere somehow I just knew, that I would find someone like you
Door is open walk on through, there's not a thing I would not do for you.
Be my forever girl, come into my life share my world
Be my forever girl, to the end of time to the end of time
Somewhere somehow I just knew, that I would find someone like you
Door is open walk on through, there's not a thing I would not do for you.
Be my forever girl, come into my life share my world
Be my forever girl, to the end of time to the end of time
Be my forever girl, come into my life share my world
Be my forever girl, to the end of time to the end of time

The song "Forever Girl" by Ott is a romantic ballad that expresses the desire for a deeper and lasting connection with the person he loves. The lyrics make it clear that the singer has fallen deeply for the object of his affections and longs for her to be his forever girl. He wants to share his world with her and is unwilling to settle for anything less than her full commitment. The verse "Some things are meant to be, these are not just empty words, these are lessons I have learnt, when you find love so strong, Got to take it with both hands, reach on out you know you can" implies that the singer has been hurt in the past but has learned valuable lessons on what it takes to have a successful and fulfilling romantic relationship.
Throughout the song, the melody is slow and gentle, and the instrumentation is kept minimalist to allow the listener to focus on the lyrics. The repeat of the chorus emphasizes the singer's desire for a deep and meaningful connection that will last until the end of time. Overall, "Forever Girl" is a beautiful love song that is sure to resonate with anyone who has ever been in love.
