I always had dark tanned skin because I was always a sun baby but after finding Bts and loving Min Yoongi I wanted pale skin, so for 3 months I didn't go out and I would ignore the sun and I got so much paler but I'm still not happy but this subliminal changed alot I mean after the first listen my skin was already lighter.
But her are some things that could be a reason why your skin won't turn lighter
β’being too close to your phone screen(I know its really weird so just turn your brightness down or not sit so close to your screen)
β’try not wearing black clothes when its sunny out(white clothes will reflect and black clothes will attract, so try and stay away for dark clothes when its sunny out)
β’try staying out of the sun from 10-2 because the sun it at its brightest from those hours
β’hats are really your best friends, but like I said try staying away from black hats and maybe try a white hat
β’sunscreen is something very important but I don't wear sunscreen because I get acne really easily and sunscreen makes me break out so I stick to long sleeve tops and jackets(even though I die from heat)but remember to put sunscreen on your hands, nose and forehead.

Yah but on some type of skin it shows results in some minutes or maybe in 2-3 days.
And sometimes on some skin it take a bit more time
