I just became a grandfather for the very first time today. I asked Alexia to put on some smooth jazz, as I planned on spending the late evening hours with my 2 sweet girls (tea-cup yorkies - Saidy & Snickers) and pondering the new journey that lies ahead...when all of the sudden this song comes flowing through the airways. As most of you have already learned, I was blown away by this incredible sound resonating through my soul. As it approached the end to its dreamy journey, I asked Alexia what the name of the tune was and who it was by. When Paul Hardcastle's name as revealed, it put a smile on my face the size of Texas (slight exaggeration)...for I have been a Hardcastle fenatic for years. The only problem is, I haven't listened to anything new by him since 2005. It goes without saying, that this was a very special day for me...I became a Poppy for the first time...and I got reunited with the 'Master' of 'CHILL.' Addison Marie is going to grow up listening to this genius of a song maker...I can promise you that.
