She does in the uncut version. This is the main tv edit, but there's a slightly longer version where she says "noodles with string". It's not Mandela effect the longer edit is on here.

There's a few other changes in the uncut version, at the beginning Ross says "I called mom and dad they took it pretty well" and Monica replies "that hysterical voice saying I'll never have grandchildren was what a wrong number?". But that contradicts E2 where Ross and Monica break the news about Carol to their parents.
