The youngest of six children, POSTA grew up in a musical environment, he began his career in 2010 under the direction of Derrick A. Chatman, where he was a music producer and grew into a record producer. While under Southern Mecca Records he co-executive produced one album and over 5 singles for Nick Branden (formerly Slick Nick) that did very well on radio. The album alone took the team on tour with the UniverSoul Circus.

It wasn’t until 2011 where Posta wanted to his music career to the next level by attending Full Sail University, where he received his Bachelors in Records Arts (October 2014) days before graduation Posta decided to jump right back in and complete his Masters in Entertainment Business – (October 2015) and Masters in Digital Marketing (September 2021)

Late 2011 Syvlon Marshall (Epic Records/Builders International) & Troy Marshall (EMPIRE) showed an almost immediate interest in Posta and full funded his college education. 2014 the father/son duo linked Posta with Bang (Builders International/Strange Music) where supplies music production and records for major artist/labels.

In 2015 Posta landed his first major album placement with the hip-hop legend Jadakiss on his fourth album (Top 5 Dead Or Alive #T5DOA) His record Cutlass (feat. Ex.od.us) was the most popular non-single on the entire album. Cutlass lead in streams a month after the album due to the heavy support and following from Posta. T5DOA went on to sell over 400,000 units. He’s currently back working with Poobs & Jadakiss from D-Block & Def Jam gearing up for the fifth album.

After years of gaining experience and knowledge Posta finally formed his own publishing/production company (2080 Music | TwentyEIGHTY) in 2018.

On March 1, 2019, Posta released his first commercial EP, 99% Demi Love."
