It’s tough emotionally and A person can feel so alone at times. People will think you are crazy if you say anything, so you have to keep to yourself. You know things about people but can’t tell anyone. It’s sad. I'm a psychic and an empath. I wanted to add that this makes handling emotions easier but I take it all in. Im an empath, my dreams come true, i have experienced extreme trauma since a child and being an empath is all ive ever known although i didnt know what it was for years i am highly intuitive i can fell peoples energy to the point where they dont have to speak the worst time was 2 of my friends relatives came to my house and they brought a friend and he just stood and never even said anything and i felt like i couldnt breath i asked him to leave i had to threaten him because he was just laughing at me he finally left and when i tried to find out who he was i found out something horrifying he had left his girlfriend dying and instead of calling an ambulance he robbed her of her money and cards and i could feel all this off him, ive actually been diagnosed as having bipolar disorder i dont like to go out in crowds its all too much i prefer my own company because i can tell what people are thinking and feeling and if they are liars and its best for me to just keep away from such ppl , im currently doing a lot of work on myself and then maybe it wont be so hard, although i sound like im complaining im not, it has come in very useful many times and protected me and my friends and family

I have been meditating for the past 4 years and I went through addiction for close family members and many many groups. I've been studying hermetic meanings the Bhavaba Gita. Because I think of this realm How cruel it is one must die for another to live. I used to hunt but now I feel like crying thinking about the life of animals and how cool it is especially dairy farms and how pigs are cruelly disposed of I don't even like to think cats or dogs or even rats every living in future which means created it has feelings and the soul. I have two dogs and two cats and it makes me teary eyed knowing that they're going to get old but I also know that they are part of the spirit. Humans however have a Taurus field of electrical magnetic energy and as I'm looking at the clock right now it says 11:11. But the El and electric is of God and magnetic is magnetism electric is plasma magnetism is ether. The Sun the moon all these represent them energies.
When I was five I saw a 3 ft tall faceless totally black figure on the corner at me. I didn't feel like it wanted to directly harm me but maybe to observe but I also felt that it was living off my fear. Is a low vibrational emotion, energy in motion but after that I remember my mother taking me to a child psychologist and I started developing these ritualistic things that most people attribute to OCD or tourette syndrome. It's very complicated to understand or to talk about it. In the past I've been able to stop a few bad things from happening in my family by preventing certain events from taking place due to my visions . I recently left my ex on 8/723 because his severe toxic energy made me physically sick with bouts of dizziness and stress. Every weekend I visited him every night when I layed next to him I started experiencing bad dizzy spells and at my apartment I don't experience dizziness upon lying down. how do u control when u pick up energy i knew i can pick up how people feel but today was weird it was like i couldn't control my own breathing felt like someone put a million bricks on my chest an as if my body went stiff an clouded i had to get away from the person i was happy until they showed up an i asked them to leave an they kept making excuses why not to leave an all of a sudden that happened to me i literally pushed them out the door cus my body went weird can't even explain it but it was they're energy i saged my place straight away an had to take deep breaths cus my chest was heavy as anything never ever felt nothing like that in my life

It sounds as though you have described an anxiety attack. Internalizing others is automatic but we have our own self that exists in the space first. Tune into that. Separating self from others is challenging but worth it to prevent anxiety attacks and such. Best wishes.

Well my mom said maybe my brain thinking of way life should have been but I don't tell them all of what I'm thinking I didn't even tell Them I spaced out awake they assume I'm asleep dreaming it I want to say I had Same problem as kid and had nervous break down so they made some of my issues go away by hypnosis but I saw that to do yes I might be crazy it's like I see certain people and memory of it being me but I'm some one else's life it's freaking me out can't handle it because I'll trying to go back to remember again but can't

Omg I'm so sorry to hear that, is it possible to have a sit down with them? If you really are an empath then our situation is getting way to out of control. If you don't think you need that help because your not crazy why go?

@Jessica Chizer so you are taking on other people's emotions but don't know how to guard against it. You see or know of events that will happen in the future but don't know how to properly explain it right? I know when I am takening on engery that's not mine I like to stay to myself and not explain it to anyone since it typically does not help. Also journal my thoughts so I can still espress them and release them. Taking walks outside when it's not too many people around helps me too. Tries these and see if they make you feel better. I think you need a safe outlet so you don't feel so crazy, but that's just my opinion I hope it helps.

@Qets L kinda yes it's crazy hard to explain unless I tried explain my life issues but it's messing with my Head because I don't know what to think I guess when I got to hospital fr hives me meds maybe it helps me not have issues it's like blurred event's but not whole event then I get another event mixed in with it and my memories of kid my family always trying to talk on memories but I tried thinking of the memories they say but definitely nothing there and certain events happening right now that's really messing with me because iv seen some outcome of ones after this

If I'm around people who work in the community I say strange things,I'm sure I'm picking up on their thoughts and I speak them,I use to think why did I say that how embarrassing, now I'm sure it's some sort of telepathy with them ,it happened in the bank, doctor's,landlord,,the police is the latest,I love my superpower now I get to know what they are actually feeling,I think it's with other empaths

It may sound crazy but ever since I started years ago, sleeping above my head is a dream catcher, I don't have dreams of any kind. You might want to try this, if you are wanting to get away from it. This is the only explanation I can think of why I don't have these things in my sleep
