Third single, "Let's Lightning" was released Monday March 26th 2007.
The fourth and final B-Unique single, "Hurricanes" was released on 11th June 2007. An iTunes error prevented the single hitting the Top 40, and because of this, B-Unique dropped the band and kept hold of the debut album, resulting in Pull Tiger Tail being involved in a lengthy legal battle to get it back.
In 2008 their official website was relocated to http://www.pulltigertail.net from its old .com address due a spammer stealing the .com address.
On August 18th 2009 after much delay Pull Tiger Tail's debut album "PAWS." was finally released, only for the band to announce that they would split after a mini-tour. The digital-only b-sides and rarities album "The Lost World" was released on 14th December, supposedly an iTunes exclusive, although it has become available on 7digital with different artwork. In 2010, Jack Hamson became the drummer for the folk group Noah and the Whale after the band's drummer Doug Fink left to pursue a career in medicine.

The song Air Born by Pull Tiger Tail is a contemplative and reflective piece that talks about flying and the various emotions that come with it. The song opens with the singer planning to write letters while on a flight, and that he hopes to fill these letters with hope and honesty. He is captivated by the view outside the window and spends his flight time taking pictures of the scenery. The lyrics suggest that he is flying to a distant land(unspecified) that is reached via a collision on a course for his destination.
The chorus repeats the phrase "although the air is thin / You know it rushes by / But it's a home for us" twice. This phrase is an allegory for life that passes by even though we know it, we are living it, yet we feel at home in it. The singer is comforted that he is not scared of the flight ceremony since he thinks of it as an illusion in which he is entranced by the real beauty outside the window.
In the second verse, the singer is on a winter flight now, and he is weeping, which is metaphorical for how he is feeling. He is sad to be leaving behind everything familiar and hopes for wider aisles, more families on the plane, to make him feel better. He envisions the people around him on the plane as his neighbors who will stay with him throughout the journey, and he never plans to land again. Despite all that and the room mentioned for one more memory/image, he reconciles with everything else left behind and begins to have new experiences.
