One More Time
R.O.W.L.E.Y. Lyrics

I got to get up out the hood
I know these niggas trying to take me out
Uh
I gotta stay up out hood
Cause I know niggas trying to take me out
Remember all the shit my pops said
I wish they let em out
Remember they was laughing
Now these niggas trying to be me now
Act like they ain't see me
Everybody looking at me now
Back when I was hurting
Ain't nobody really even care
My mental fucked up
Sometimes I feel like I'm not even here
Feel like a lost soul
Them demons creeping
Like the end is near
I keep my chin up
Because a nigga trying to persevere
Give me one more time
Yeah
Give me one more time
Yeah
Give me one more time, yeah
Swear I'm finna shine, yeah
Money been my mindset
Told em I ain't done yet
Pain and pistols all I know
Henny, woods and sipping 4s
I'm feeling like a sunken boat
I'm drowning wish that I could float
I wanna go so far away
Dreaming that I died today
Smoke a half a zip a day
Trying to take the pain away
Seem like all we know is up and spray

When it's one of ours we pray
When it's one of ours we pray

Overall Meaning

The song "One More Time" by R.O.W.L.E.Y. is a gospel-inspired track that emphasizes the importance of feeling and being moved by the Holy Spirit. The lyrics encourage listeners to embrace and celebrate the profound impact that the Spirit can have on one's life, particularly in the act of prayer. The repetition of the phrase "Feel the Spirit" underscores the idea that this experience is not just a one-time occurrence but something that can be felt repeatedly.

The song draws upon biblical imagery, such as the reference to "Jordan's River" and the moment when God spoke from a mountain in a display of fire and smoke. These references serve to reinforce the message of the power of faith and the presence of God in everyday life. The emphasis on the internal experience of feeling the Spirit rather than relying solely on external signs is another important part of the song's message. Ultimately, "One More Time" celebrates the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and encourages listeners to embrace this power in their own lives.

This is awesome. Iโ€™m around the same age as Ryan and grew up watching both of you skate. I just started skating again after 15 years but itโ€™s hard to get to parks now they are all about 45 mins away so skating ramps and stuff is coming back to me way slower than everything but Iโ€™m more than happy I started skating again. I shouldโ€™ve never stopped!
