Miami
Razor Lyrics

Palm trees, sunshine beaches and never any snow
Then bastards came in numbers to infiltrate the place
Crime and murder rates have soared in Florida's disgrace
Now they've ruined Miami, they've let it go to piss
Now they've ruined Miami, there's nothing left to miss
Now they've ruined Miami, and my vacation plans
Guess I'II have to stay at home until they fix it. man!
They say it's their protection, no need to be alarmed
I hate to be sarcastic but I wear the shoe that fits
Miami is a city that has all but gone to shit
I really wish I didn't have to write sarcastic songs
But modern day society has got to right these wrongs
Old men and women now have guns and they can't even drive
They can't aim, and they can't shoot and we cannot survive
Cemeteries filling up, they'll have to make some room
People wasting people, I sense impending doom
So if you love Miami, you'll get what you deserve
Better pack a bullet proof vest, and pills to soothe your nerves
The lyrics to Razor's song "Miami" are a commentary on the decline of the city of Miami due to increasing crime rates, gun violence, and an influx of dangerous individuals. The singer remembers how he used to love going to Miami, with its palm trees, sunshine, and beaches, but now the city has been ruined by those who have infiltrated it. The tone of the song is sarcastic, as the singer laments the state of Miami and suggests that those who continue to go there are foolish and need to protect themselves.
The first verse sets the scene: the singer remembers when he used to love going to Miami, but then "bastards came in numbers" and ruined the city. The second verse continues this theme, with the singer commenting on the new gun laws in Miami and how they have only made the situation worse. The third verse takes a darker turn, with the singer predicting impending doom due to the high crime rate and increasing number of people with guns.
The overall message of the song is that Miami is no longer the beautiful and safe city it once was, and those who continue to go there are putting themselves in danger. The lyrics are a warning to anyone who might be considering a trip to Miami, urging them to stay away until the city can be fixed.
