I just found this album this morning. It's so beautiful and reminds me of my grandparents. I love it so much I just ordered a copy off ebay. It will be like having a piece of them with me.

I love the old traditional Christmas music of the 1940s thru the 1960S. The sound has such an old nostalgic sound to it. When I see the pictures of Christmas past I wish I could have been a part of it. I grew up in the 60s but I prefer the older music over what we have today. Happy Holidays.

Lovely. Thanks for posting. I'm ill in bed with a chronic health condition, my college daughter basically told us she's only staying as long as she has to, and one of our closest friends lies near death. But I still believe.

Wow! The Red Barn. It seems like just about everyone put some kind of Christmas album together. I remember my Grandpa would stop there and get a bucket of chicken. The album sounds very good! Thanks again for putting these up!

beautifully mixed with some near full panning to one side or the other - a lost art as modern recording practice says those full pans are not good nor natural. This is superbly mixed left - center - right - just wonderful ( on headphones and probably better on good loudspeaker setups)

You are correct! The lp's and back cover are different. The original album "Happy Holiday" by Wally Stott and his Orchestra Warner Bros. WS-1341 1959 was this order. So it appears to be an error on the Red Barn record. This I have found is not uncommon. Thanks and Merry Christmas!
