Crazy Mama
Redbone Lyrics

Crazy mama, where you been so long

Crazy mama, where you been so long

You′ve been hiding out, I know that's true

Crazy mama, I sure need you

Crazy mama, where you been so long
Standing on the corner, looking for you, baby

Standing on the corner, looking for you, baby

Lord mercy, I can not see, crazy mama coming back to me

Crazy mama, where you been so long
Crazy mama
Crazy mama
Crazy mama
Crazy mama
Crazy mama, where you been so long
Been so long
Crazy mama
Crazy mama, where you been so long
Lord mercy
Crazy mama, where you been so long
Crazy mama, where you been so long

very amazing. I hear this band the first time at 1972. Great Band.

First I heard of this song, but definitely Pat Vegas, very Cajun sound. Thanks for sharing.

That song, which is a cover of J.J. Cale, is available on a strange compilation for which they re-recorded 9 of their original songs, and covered 2 other songs. It's available here : http://www.deezer.com/album/554592

This isn't Redbone...

Hi Butch, do you mean it’s Lolly and Pat, without you and Tony?

I lived through having COVID by watching you and the other guys on YouTube almost every day during my long quarantine. I just noticed you posted this 4 years ago, so you may not see this...but I was 18 years old in 1974 and watched every Redbone video and music show I could find...I lived in Vallejo, CA in 1975...but did not realize how close I was to the bands home town! Would have loved to meet all of you! 😊 Pam from Georgia 😊

Butch Rillera you are part of this band right?

Tezza Crow

What make you think this isn't Redbone? Sounds to me just like the version on "The Best of Redbone" on Amazon Prime.
