His Grace is all I need
I have come to realize that all I need is the grace of Jesus to get me through anything.

And the chains that I was in before
I used to be trapped in the chains of my old ways.

They don't hold me anymore
However, through the love of Jesus, I have been set free from those chains.

His love has rescued me
The love of Jesus has saved me from my struggles.

His love has set me free
In finding the love of Jesus, I have found freedom from my past and my hardships.

My mind found peace
The struggles and hardships that once consumed my mind are now peaceful thanks to the love of Jesus.

My soul found hope
Jesus has given my soul a newfound hope in life and the future.

My heart found a home
My heart has found a new home in the love and grace of Jesus.

In one moment everything changed
It only took one moment for my life to turn around and for me to see a better way through finding Jesus.

Who I was got washed away
The person I used to be is no more thanks to the transformative power of Jesus.

My Savior's arms were open wide
Jesus welcomed me into his embrace with open arms when I was at my lowest.

And I felt love for the very first time
