Early attention for the duo came from a production of a song called “Find”. This track was subsequently signed to UK label, Baroque Records in 2004. Their first release came with an Andy Moor RMX which instantly picked up rave reviews. Over the coming months the track was hammered by the world's top Dj's across the globe including Tiesto, Armin van Burren, Matt Darey, and Judge Jules. The list is endless! The track received a solid three month stint on Jules's BBC Radio 1 show over that summer and turning up on Armin van Buuren's "Universal Religion live '04" CD and Tiesto's "In Concert" DVD, which was recorded in front of 50,000 fans.
In the early part of 2005, "Find" was re-released on Armin van Buuren's own label Armada Records with a tougher RMX from German duo Kyau vs. Albert on the B side and Andy Moor’s RMX taking the A side. This re-release again caused a storm and picked up full backing from Mix Mag with a no.1 in their trance chart for February 2005.
Ridgewalkers – Find also reached no.1 on the Technics Dutch dance charts that same month and charts across Europe placed "Find" high on their lists.
Also that year “Find” received two more RMX’s, From the legendary Perry O’Neil and Markus Schulz which were released on their Electronic Elements label, Ridgewalkers finished off that year with a killer live performance at Dance Lake Event, Poland. Sharing a stage with heavyweights such as ABT, Rank 1 and Alex morph.
Ridgewalkers – Find got its first CD release on Armada Records in 2007, and although the vinyl copies are hard to find, all mixes are available to download from all good download stores.
After a break and the birth of EL’s first child, Lennon, Ridgewalkers returned to the studio to finish what they started, they have some co-production projects nearing completion and a string of new songs to get to work on. 2009 will also see Ridgewalkers return to the live stage. you will receive updates on these many projects from here as they come in.
In October 2009, Find got re-mixed and re-released on Baroque Records giving this classic and new lease of life courtesy of remixes from Russell G and Indecent Noise. The Russell G remix takes the track down a anthemic chord driven progressive route, a simply massive mix. Indecent Noise takes it down a full on trance mission and provides a peak time monster! Also included is the Kyau Vs Albert remix and the bare vocal part.. for all you budding re-mixers out there!

Find
Ridgewalkers ft. El Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Have understanding, no questions asked
You find yourself in what you see
You found yourself in me
You found yourself in me
The day is short, the night is cool
You won’t find fools like me and you
I found myself in you
You found yourself
in me
The above lyrics are from the song "Find" by Ridgewalkers ft. El. The song talks about finding one's true self in someone else. The first two lines suggest that the best things come to those who are patient and understanding without questioning. The next two lines reinforce the idea that one can find themselves in the person they love.
The song also talks about the fleeting nature of time, using the imagery of a short day and a cool night. The night, in this context, is made for "fools" like the singer and his lover. It is as if they are willing to take a risk and be foolish in love for one night.
The final lines, "I found myself in you, you found yourself in me," highlight the idea that their relationship is mutually beneficial. They have discovered themselves in each other, and therefore, they are whole together. Overall, the song is a love ballad that speaks to the transformative power of finding oneself in someone else.

I never comment on here but this is such a fantastic track. An old Steve May set reminded me of it. I remember seeing you play Godskitchen in Bham - great memories.
That period around 2004, the music was incredible with Andy Moor, Subsky, David West, Matthew Dekay, Perry O'Neil, Max Graham.. and more that I've probably forgotten about. Wish that music was still being produced now.
