Did you lock the blade height adjustment. You can see the swivel moving on top as it's not locked down.

I agree...If you forget to lock the cutter head as shown in your video you may not get the results you want. Lock the cutter head after every cutting height adjustment.

I noticed the height lock handle is not locked. It's open. It must be closed down before planing.

The back roller snapped completely, I was going to add a picture but I can't.
Considering that I don't use it often I'm not overly impressed with it!

It’s the back roller it wears out the thrust bearing block from the chain drive I replaced the part it’s like 5-6 bucks. But it came back again very quickly. Ridged needs to send out a fix.
