The band's name was changed to Riot V.
Their first album with new material Unleash the Fire was released in Japan in August 2014 (still under the name Riot) and in Europe and the US in late October 2014 (as Riot V - Unleash the Fire).
On April 27th 2018 the new album Armor of Light was released worldwide.

Those are supposed to be seal-faced guys, which are a representation of Johnny, the mascot of this band. You should dig more about Riot, its history is amazing: a band that has god-tier level albums, but never got the recognition it deserved and its creator (Mark Reale) never gave up!
The band has had a lot of lineup changes, but we fans divide each period per singer, you have Guy Esperanza, Rhett Forrester, Tony Moore, Mike DiMeo and Todd Michael Hall.

They did Motörhead but a bit more melodic like a year after Motörhead realeased their first recordings. Also it sounds a bit like what Helloween did 1985, but 1977. Amazing and before their time indeed.

Riot/Riot V is one of the few metal bands I care about, actually they're my second favorite metal band, first being the mighty Judas Priest. The live record is a must buy for me, can't wait until August
