Destroying My Brain
S.S.T. Band Lyrics
You laugh, you cry, things are fine
You smoke a toke and let it go
And let it go
You tell yourself you need some help
You then decide "actually I'm fine"
Actually, I'm fine
I need to rediscover my own guiding light
Push me too far under
I'll be in the basement of my brain
(In the basement of my brain)
In the basement of my brain
(In the basement of my brain)
I take and take and give away a piece of me every day
(Every day)
I take and take and give away a piece of me every day
(Every day)
Every day
(Every day)
You smoke a toke and let it go
And let it go
You tell yourself you need some help
You then decide "actually I'm fine"
Actually, I'm fine
I need to rediscover my own guiding light
Push me too far under
I'll be in the basement of my brain
(In the basement of my brain)
(In the basement of my brain)
I take and take and give away a piece of me every day
(Every day)
I take and take and give away a piece of me every day
(Every day)
Every day
(Every day)
