Now abandon the shelter
Don't give in to the silence
Don't give in to the silence
Nothing has changed
From the beginning unto the end
We've been buried in the graveyard (graveyard)
Our rise is gonna fade away
Plenty of slaves to fear
The dusty future is in their arms
We will be killed
If our souls are dead
The only way is to trust ourselves
So I scream and roar as a lion to save what we lost
'Til my last dying breath
This is who I am
Wake, and wake it up
Wake it up again
Can't you see the truth hiding in the dark?
Wake and wake it up
Your life is totally bare before the madness
Wake, and wake it up
Wake it up again
Can't you see the truth hiding in the dark?
Wake and wake it up
Your life is totally bare before the madness
Are you stuck in the nightmare
Don't give in to the silence
A false sense of justice
Don't let it stand
We're never falling down
Bury it into the ground
Now bury it into the ground
Rebuild the world
To get free
Rebuild the world again
This is who I am
Wake and wake it up
Wake it up again
Can't you see the truth hiding in the dark?
Wake and wake it up
Your life is totally bare before the madness
Wake, and wake it up
Wake it up again
Can't you see the truth hiding in the dark?
Wake and wake it up
Your life is totally bare before the madness
Rebuild the world
To get free
Rebuild the world again
The sound to wake you up
Time will not solve this
I'm bringing the lights to you
Wake and wake it up
Wake it up again
Can't you see the truth hiding in the dark?
Wake and wake it up
Your life is totally bare before the madness
Bare before the madness
Clearing the sky
Breaking the walls you built
The lyrics of Sable Hills' song "Messiah" are a call to action, telling the listener not to give up or give in to the silence of a nightmare. The song addresses the idea that nothing has changed from the beginning to the end, and that humans are buried in their own graveyard if they can't find a way out. The lyrics suggest that people are slaves to fear, but they have the power to change their own destiny by trusting themselves.
The lyrics also speak of a false sense of justice that should not be allowed to stand, and the need to rebuild the world to get free again. The song is a rallying cry for those who are trapped in a nightmare and need to wake up to see the truth hiding in the dark. The singer is calling out to listeners and promising to bring the light to them, to help them see through the darkness and break down the walls they have built around themselves.
Overall, "Messiah" is a powerful and stirring song that speaks to the human condition and the need for self-discovery and self-empowerment.
