I’m the only one who can

I’m the only one who can
I’m the only one who can
I’m the only one
I’m the only one who can
I’m the only one who can
Bwela kuno
Come back
I’m the only one who can
I’m the only one
Help me help me help me
I’m the only one who can
I’m the only one who can
Help me help me help me
Bwela kuno
Sampa
Help me help me help me
Sampa The Great's song "Healing" is a poignant statement about self-empowerment and the importance of taking control of one's own healing journey. The repeated phrase "I'm healing myself, I'm the only one who can" serves as a powerful reminder that healing is an individual process, and that no one else can do the work for you.
Throughout the song, Sampa emphasizes the importance of self-reliance in healing, repeating the phrase "I'm the only one who can" over and over again. The repetition of this line serves to drive home the message that healing is a deeply personal and individual process, and that no one else can do the work for you.
The outro of the song is a call to action, an invitation to the universe to come and witness our healing. The phrase "Bwela kuno, come back" is a nod to Sampa's Zambian heritage, and roughly translates to "come back here." By inviting the universe to witness our healing, we are acknowledging the power of our own journey and taking ownership of our ability to heal ourselves.
Overall, "Healing" is a powerful statement about the importance of self-reliance and taking control of our own healing journeys. Sampa The Great's message is a timely reminder that, while healing can be hard work, it is ultimately up to us to do that work and emerge stronger and more whole on the other side.
