The band was led by leader and guitarist Makoto Kubota, guitarist Kenichi Inoue, bassist King Champ Onzo and percussionist Hideo Inoura, and fronted by lead singer Sandii, born Sandy O'Neale ( of Japanese/Spanish/American heritage). They issued a string of albums the band found moderate success throughout the decade.

Great production by Hosono. "Alive" contains a sample, or borrowed section from, "Absolute Ego Dance," my fav YMO song.

Not a sample, both use elements of traditional Okinawan music that Sandii, Hosono and Makoto Kubota worked on with Shoukichi Kina.
