Just Show Me How To Love You
Sarah Brightman Lyrics

E baciarsi e capirsi e stringersi
Poi non basta mai
Si fa tardi ma dai
Dove corri a quest'ora?
Just show me how to love you
Io non ti lascio più
Gabbiano di scogliera
Io sto una favola e tu?
Just show me how to love you
Fame o febbre o quel che sia
Mi ci sento a casa mia
Dentro questo sogno da buttare via
Non mi sembra vero ma
Sembra un'altra la città
E non basta mai
Tante cose da dirsi
E baciarsi e capirsi e stringersi
E non basta mai
È già tardi ma dai
Dove torni a quest'ora?
Just show me how to love you
E ci ridiamo su
Gabbiano di scogliera
Ma dov'eri nascosto
Dov'eri fin'ora?
Tu cosa fai stasera?
Ci ridiamo su
Magari un'altra sera
Ed è già domattina
E la luna la spegni tu!
The lyrics of Sarah Brightman's "Just Show Me How To Love You" describe the singer's desire for love and connection with their partner. The first two lines translate to "What are you doing tonight? Stay a little longer. It must be this atmosphere, but don't tell me no." The singer is requesting that their partner stay with them, regardless of prior engagements, and hints at the possibility of imprisonment. The third line is a reference to the singer's creativity in keeping their partner captive, suggesting that the atmosphere between them is charged with romantic tension.
The singer goes on to describe the day as a "madness," but the moon is their friend. They suggest that if their partner has any dreams to cast aside, they can do it together in the middle of the city as friends. However, this seems to be a mere facade as they later say that it's never enough to just be friends; there are always more things to say, understand, and embrace. They ask to be shown how to love their partner, expressing their commitment to them with the lines, "I won't leave you anymore. Seagull on the cliff, am I a fairy tale and you?"
The singer reveals that they feel at home with the person they love and suggests that even a fever wouldn't take them away from it. They are living in a dream, and it's hard to believe it's real. They question why they've only just found each other, requesting that their partner show them how to love them. The singer finishes by saying that they can laugh and spend time together tonight before eventually turning off the moon and going their separate ways.

I’m sorry to those who disagree with me but Sarah Brightman will always be the original Christine Daaé to me.
@dianabecerra8214
Yessss!! I agreeeee! Eternal Christine!
@Just_awanderingmusician
She is our LND Christine now, the renowned Christine Daaé
@fffw1826
Yup. Nobody can replace her as Christine Daae. I watched the Phantom of the Opera for the first time in 2009 when I was still 10 y.o. from my grand dad video collections. I watched it secretly. Ha, ha, ha, ..... . Even, as a little boy, I fell for Sarah Brightman due to her voice as well her charm as Christine at the Phantom of the Opera. I also had watched some versions of the Phantom of the Opera but for me Sarah Brightman is the best.

@phantomphantom1807
Le problème c'est que même avec une star mondiale + une star Française comme Florent Pagny les radios françaises ne jouent jamais ce genre de musique! Il faudrait tous envoyer des mails aux programmateurs radios pour leurs mettre la pression...
