1. "Mega-rare, tripped out underground acid-folk recorded in 1973 and pressed up in tiny quantity by legendary custom pressing plant Deroy Sound Service. We rate this so highly musically that it must be in the top three UK acid-folk private pressings. The band combined spellbinding 12 string guitars, harpsichord and occasional bass to outstanding effect on an album brimming with original songs that displays creative charm amid gusts of melancholia. Extended tracks with thought provoking vocals. Similar territory to Red Television, Ferris Wheel and Midwinter etc only more accomplished from start to finish. A minor classic." - Shiny Beast
2. The Lisbon (Portugal) based quartet SAVANNA was formed in 2012 by Miguel Vilhena (guitar, synth), Pedro Castilho (synth), Tiago Vilhena (bass) and drummer João Seixas. Under the influence of surrealism as well as psychedelia and united by the passion for soundtrack masters like Goblin, Carpenter or Morricone they refine their music with the sparkle of a floydish spacey ambience.
In 2012 the band recorded an EP named 'Aurora' at the Discotexas Studios - seven songs which are all connected - where one has to sit and listen in a row in order to fully perceive its concept: a story that leads into a journey through time, guided through a great adventure where mankind plays the main character.
Body Wisdom

Maybe I don't need you to believe me
I just need to have faith in what I perceive and choose to embody
The brilliance of the stars
The Truth of what we Are
Universal Consciousness bottled up in Human skin
Mmm that is where the dance begins
That's where the dance begins
Out of sight cause my gaze is inward drawn
As I find my rhythm and I listen to that wisdom within
It seems to come from a far off place
At times the whisper so faint
I need to sit in stillness and meditate
To hear that voice within and visit that space
That space
A portal that holds the answer to every question I have yet to contemplate
And the echo remains the same
I love you, I love you, I love you
I love you, I love you
Yea, the echo remains the same
I love you, I love you, I love you
I love you, I love you
Be a rebel
Find your rhythm
Listen to your body wisdom
Be a rebel
Find your rhythm
Listen to your body wisdom
Body Wisdom
So I sink into my hips
Mmmmm take a dip
Take a breath and receive the power of this healing and the process of grief
I let it go
Let it go
Exhale, sink low, move slow
Exhale, sink low, move slow
Breathe
And let the tears fall where they may
It's your time to sing Flower Child and stay
In this time bending
Space mending
New Paradigm process
This time bending
Space mending
New Paradigm process
Now I know me best cause I listen to the wisdom within
I choose to jump in and swim
Flow with the rhythm
I'm the one making decisions to Trust the unfolding and clear what I'm holding
Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
Be a rebel
Find your rhythm
Listen to your body wisdom
Be a rebel
Find your rhythm
Listen to your body wisdom
Body Wisdom
I'm up way early in the morning
New day has begun
I'm singing music medicine to set the mood and then
Pull on a body suit and thigh high tights
Yea I feel alright
No more fight or flight
Cause I take time to stretch
With intermittent breaks of rest
Within this flowing new beginning
This New Paradigm process
Its a New Paradigm process
Now I know me best cause I listen to the wisdom within
I choose to jump in and swim
Flow with the rhythm
I'm the one making decisions to Trust the unfolding and clear what I'm holding
Let it go
Let it go
And the echo remains the same
I love you, I love you, I love you
I love you, I love you
I love you, I love you, I love you
I love you, I love you
The lyrics of Savanna's song "Body Wisdom" are full of spiritual and empowering meaning. In the first verse, the singer expresses that she does not need others to believe in her, but rather she trusts herself and what she perceives. She believes that all humans have a universal consciousness within them and that true brilliance comes from embodying this wisdom. The chorus encourages listeners to be rebels and find their own rhythm by listening to their body wisdom, rather than conforming to societal expectations.
The second verse describes the process of tapping into one's own wisdom through stillness and meditation. The singer refers to a portal within oneself that holds the answers to all questions and encourages listeners to visit this space. She also discusses the importance of honoring and releasing emotions, specifically grief. The bridge encourages listeners to trust the unfolding of life and to let go of what they are holding onto, once again emphasizing the idea of listening to one's body wisdom.
Overall, the song promotes self-trust and self-love, encouraging listeners to live authentically and empower themselves through tuning into their own body wisdom.
