Se7en began training under a management agency YG Entertainment at the age of 15. After 4 years of training in voice and dance, Se7en made his debut in 2003 and became successful throughout Asia. His impressive vocal range, smooth dance moves, and his refusal to lip-sync during live performances has earned him accolades in the music industry as well as heartthrob status.

Se7en has also acted the lead role of the Korean drama Goong S, a spin-off of popular drama Goong. Although the first season of Goong was a hit, Goong S has failed to attract many viewers. Despite the low ratings, Goong S is the most searched and rewatched drama online; ranking higher than its competition: KBS2 Dal Ja's Spring and SBS Surgeon Bong Dal Hee. The drama has also gained a wide variety of support from international fans in the U.S., Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Singapore, etc.

Se7en has been preparing for his debut in the U.S. Mark Shimmel, Rich Harrison, and Noize Trip are helping Se7en to create his first English language album. It was also reported that Teddy from 1TYM has produced a song for Se7en's American album and possibly will make more songs.

On March 10, 2009, Se7en debuted in the U.S. with the digital single Girls, featuring Lil' Kim.

Still remember the night I saw Seven with my best friend. From the beginning with this intro credit which was sooo cool and something moviegoers hadn't seen before. The dark and graphicly distorted, grainy and roughed up film intro just blew my 15 year old mind away and was just perfect start of a great movie. Never seen anything as dark before. Now that I'm older, I respect it so much more. One of the best intro credits ever. Sets up the theme for the whole movie. It shows how John Doe sliced his fingertips, how he killed his victims, got rid of evidence, etc. Brilliant.

+IGotItLikeThat No. It's perfect as it is. That's my feeling anyway. The voiceover at the end from Summerset perfectly captured the feeling your supposed to have after watching it: the world isn't beautiful but it's worth fighting for, nonetheless....

@me4899 SE7EN is a movie meant to break your soul and spirit. Fincher's vision was not to have some bit of light at the end of the tunnel - it was meant to be a roller coaster ride into darkness. The film is meant to beat the audience, leaving them feeling broken and cheated till the credits roll.

The Hemingway quote at the end feels so forced and "Hollywoodized" - I honestly think its saving grace is that it was voiced by one of cinema's greatest voices Morgan Freeman. But yes I agree the world is worth fighting for...

Originally the ending was supposed to cut to black just as Mills shoots John Doe. That would've been too dark and soul crushing for audiences apparently so the quote was added in at the last minute, hence it feels forced.

Interesting that everybody credits Fincher for the intro, look up the guy that does this for career and you'll find almost every opening he does makes that show and/or movie, you do the work... I did.

Nice it's a 16x9 open matte version from a 2:35 aspect ratio but I had the 4/3 full screen VHS once and that titles sequence has an original 4/3 (or 1:33) aspect ratio which mean this version is still mated to fit a 16x9 screen. I am still trying to find that 4/3 version
