Bring me her letter
Ten o'clock postman
Make me feel better
Been so many days
Since that I've met her
Ten o'clock postman
Bring me her letter
I'm walking all over the room
Wonder why I don't stop biting my nails
Why carry this feeling of doom
A couple more hours and I'll get the mail
I'll get the mail
Finding it so hard to eat
The toast and the eggs they just don't taste the same
Hearing a noise in the street
I run to the window and cry out in the vain
Ten o'clock postman
...
Remembering that she said for sure
I'll write you the minute I'll get off the plane
Nothing
Not one single word
It must come this morning or I'll go insane
I'll go insane
Now it's been almost five days
Could she have sent it by air or by rail
I hear someone's comin' this way
This must be it yes it must be the mail
Ten o'clock postman
...
The lyrics to Secret Service's song Ten O'Clock Postman express the desperation and longing of someone waiting for a letter from a loved one who is far away. The postman represents hope and despair, as the singer anxiously waits for the letter that may or may not arrive. The lyrics speak to the power of communication and the emotional weight that a simple piece of mail can carry.
The singer of the song is clearly consumed by their feelings for the absent loved one. They cannot focus on anything else, and are unable to shake the feeling of doom that follows them throughout the day. This sense of desperation is palpable in the lyrics, as the singer describes the physical and emotional toll that waiting for the letter is taking on them.
Despite the intense emotions expressed in the song, there is also a sense of hopefulness. The singer clings to the belief that the letter will arrive and that it will make everything better. The repetition of the phrase "bring me her letter" underscores the importance of this communication and the vital role that the postman plays in their lives.
Overall, Ten O'Clock Postman is a poignant expression of the power of communication and the depths of human emotion.

Парень из космоса, очень живой, одет на 2020 по последней моде, имеет вкус, и красивую душу. Песня даёт романтические видения, надежды.., воспоминания прошлого и будущего. Письмо которое не дошло до нас.
