Alessandra Rosaldo started singing at the age of 12, soon becoming a backup singer for Latin star Lucero. Joined by Chacho Gaytán, the act released a self-titled debut album in 1993, getting their songs "Historias De Amor" and "Escribeme En El Cielo" climbing on local charts.
A year later, Sentidos Opuestos recorded 'Al Sol Que Mas Calienta', moving to Barcelona, Spain, to make 'Viviendo Del Futuro' produced by Eduardo Posada and released in 1997. After issuing 'Viento A Favor' in 1998, Chacho Gaytán began working as a producer and arranger while Alessandra Rosaldo was making her debut as an actress in a soap opera called "DKDA, Sueños de Juventud."
In 2000, Sentidos Opuestos returned with 'Movimiento Perpetuo' and disbanded a year after with 'En Vivo,' a live album recorded at Six Flags Mexico.
Si Te Vas

en las cosas que quiero hacer
pero sin saber que algo anda mal,
para encontrar que ya los has decidido todo
Y resicibir silencio mitras yo me ahogo
Si te vas...
piensalo un poco mas
mientras te vas
Si te vas...
piensalo un poco más
dejame respiararlo, dejame amarte hasta el final
Si te vas...
Y en un segudno
mil recuerdos pude ver
los que tu quieres enterrar
Quisiera hablar y no quedarme con las ganas
poder decir
que ya mi corazón te extraña
Si te vas..
piensalo un poco más
dimelo más despacio
no me hagas llorar mientras te vas
Si te vas
piensalo un poco más
dejame respirarlo,
dejame amarte hasta el final
si te vas...
Si te vas..
piensalo un poco más
dimelo más despacio
no me hagas llorar mientras te vas
Si te vas
piensalo un poco más
dejame respirarlo,
dejame amarte hasta el final
si te vas...
The lyrics of Sentidos Opuestos's song Si Te Vas speak about the pain of a breakup and the desire to hold on to the relationship. The artist is returning home, reflecting on the things they want to do, but feeling something has gone wrong in the relationship. They are met with silence from their partner, which only adds to their distress.
The chorus of the song is a plea for the partner to reconsider leaving. They ask them to think a little more about it, to speak more slowly so they don't cry. They beg for the chance to love them until the end, to let them breathe in the relationship.
There is also a hint of regret in the lyrics, with the artist mentioning the memories that the partner wants to bury. They express their desire to talk to the partner instead of being left with unaddressed feelings of missing them. The song is a reminder that breakups are rarely easy and sometimes you need to fight for the ones you love.

Volviendo a casa pienso
As I return home, my mind races
en las cosas que quiero hacer
Thinking of all the things I want to do
pero sin saber que algo anda mal,
Yet, I sense that something is wrong,
para encontrar que ya los has decidido todo
Only to find out that you've already made up your mind
Y recibir silencio mientras yo me ahogo
And receive silence as I drown in my thoughts
Si te vas...
If you leave...
piénsalo un poco más
Think about it a little more
dímelo más despacio no me hagas llorar
Tell me slowly, don't make me cry
mientras te vas
While you're leaving
Si te vas...
If you leave...
piénsalo un poco más
Think about it a little more
déjame respirarlo, déjame amarte hasta el final
Let me process it, let me love you until the end
Si te vas...
If you leave...
Y en un segundo
And in a second
mil recuerdos pude ver
A thousand memories come flooding back
los que tú quieres enterrar
The ones you want to bury
Quisiera hablar y no quedarme con las ganas
I wish to speak up and not hold back
poder decir
To be able to say
que ya mi corazón te extraña
That my heart already misses you
Si te vas...
If you leave...
piénsalo un poco más
Think about it a little more
dímelo más despacio no me hagas llorar mientras te vas
Tell me slowly, don't make me cry while you're leaving
Si te vas...
If you leave...
piénsalo un poco más
Think about it a little more
déjame respirarlo, déjame amarte hasta el final
Let me process it, let me love you until the end
si te vas...
If you leave...
