Heyyy! I downloaded this song by accident during the limewire days and thought this was one of the best songs I've ever heard. But, anyone can tell this isn't Shaggy. It's been more than 14 years I'd been looking for it and couldn't find it until today. Always wondered who the artiste was. This should have gone further. It is still amazing vibes to this day!!!!!
