Figlio del regista e sceneggiatore italiano Francesco Bruni, nel 2017 interpreta un ruolo nel film Tutto quello che vuoi, scritto e diretto dal padre.
Nel maggio 2018, il padre dell'artista annuncia la decisione del figlio di abbandonare la Dark Polo Gang per intraprendere la carriera solista. L'uscita dalla DPG è stata la naturale conseguenza del suo allontanamento dagli altri tre membri del gruppo, dovuto in parte anche al suo «abuso di droghe mischiate a farmaci.»
A partire dal giugno seguente, inizia a pubblicare contenuti sui social sotto il nome di Side Baby (o anche come Arturo), rimuovendo quindi il prefisso “Dark” e mettendo sempre più in evidenza il suo indirizzamento verso la carriera solista.
Nell'aprile 2019 rilascia per Universal il suo primo album solista, Arturo.
A giugno 2021 si riavvicina ai suoi vecchi compagni della dark polo gang comparendo nell’album di Tony Effe con luce a roma, a gennaio compare nell’album di Wayne Santana con la canzone bad vibes e completa il ciò con l’uscita della canzone fernando ove si trova la presenza di pyrex quindi avendo fatto un feat con ogni componente dell’attuale Dark Polo Gang
