Which is why the ending is so bad, it goes from a morally ambiguous story where no one is right to a black and white hero vs threat of the world kind of story for no other reason than “do the right thing” it’s so disjointed and out of nowhere and ruins the moral ambiguity of the series because they literally state that the heroes are just good heroes doing the right thing even tho the world around it it’s trying to say something very different, at some point they’re proven wrong, that what they’re doing is pointless and super out of character to do, but they still do it because it’s “the right thing” it literally craps on everything that came before it

フルバージョンを初めて聴いたけどすげー曲だ。アニメOPの先の部分も曲としての変化とドラマがお見事。普通にOP以外で公式で使われないかな...未だに公式のOPで毎週、鳥肌が立ちます。1,2回そうなるのは幾多もありましたが、いつまで経っても収まらずにぞくぞくするOPは初めてだし、この先も二度とないと確信していますね。

For me, this is the best AOT opening song. As a heavy metal fan, it's a rare treat to hear heavy metal and orchestra mixed into one in an anime opening song and it is in English sang by a Japanese band. WOW!! It's SUPER EPIC!

@@soulstone7737 I'm quite picky with heavy metal songs. The songs you recommended are not as epic as The Sims' "The Rumbling" song. Which has orchestra and English lyrics mixed in it and it is quite rare for anime opening songs that stands out from the rest. For me, this is the best anime and best music in one. I'm glad AOT has awesome song choices.
