In 2012 Sinister Souls released their first full length album Beat the Drum Hard via PRSPCT Recordings. Their second LP, named Horns Up, is due 2014, also on the Rotterdam label. By now Sinister Souls are a member of the tight PRSPCT family, playing at several shows organized by PRSPCT in The Netherlands and throughout Europe.
Their debut release, The Definition of Silence EP on Rottun Recordings, hit the top 5 download charts and was getting worldwide support. After that, more releases followed on several labels like SCUM, Mindtrick, Section8, Dub Bullet and PRSPCT Recordings. In 2010 they where asked to remix the famous anthem of the Q-Base Festival in Germany.
After spending some years in the darker sounds of drum 'n bass, they decided to join forces and spread their own vision of filthy dubstep. They get their inspiration from Breakcore, Drum 'n Bass, Rave and Techno and have a reputation of being Hollands Hardest Dubsteppers.
Their tunes are getting worldwide support by the likes of Excision, Black Sun Empire, Borgore, SPL, Culprate, Balkansky / Cooh, Point.Blank and many others.

Let me in
What have you got in that part of your mind?
Show's over out there, buddy
Let me in
What have you got in that part of your mind?
HUAH!
The opening lines of "Let Me In" by Sinister Souls reveal a sense of exclusion and the desire for inclusion. The singer wants to be a part of what is going on "out there" and is reaching out to those who have already gained access. The search for belonging is accentuated by the repetition of the phrase "let me in" which creates a sense of urgency and desperation. Through this language choice, it is possible to perceive that the singer feels isolated and disconnected and is pleading to be included in something or be part of a community.
The chorus, "What have you got in that part of your mind?" is a powerful and rhetorical question. It implies that there are things that the singer cannot access or comprehend, and that these things are highly significant. This line suggests that the singer craves a deeper understanding, and is ultimately seeking the truth, knowledge, and insight about a particular subject. They are prepared to challenge, learn, and acknowledge that there is more to life than surface level experiences. They are searching for a deeper awareness and connection to the world around them, a connection that they believe can be found by gaining access to the inner workings of the others’ minds.
Overall, "Let Me In" is a song about the desire for connection, belonging, knowledge, and the frustration of exclusion. It is a song that speaks to the human condition of needing to belong to a larger community, and how our innate curiosity drives us to explore and learn more about our environment.
