Why is it that pain comes at night when you're trying to get rest to repair your body? I don't understand the principle, but that's what happens to me! I’ve listened to this the past two nights. Suffering from depression Fibro chronic fatigue grief nightmares brain fog and the list goes on. I wake up to panic attacks. But the past two mornings I woke up OK!! No panic. Even the dreams if they’re not great - I don’t wake up sick from how it made me feel. I’ve fallen asleep both times quickly so I don’t know what is even said in this video but it’s working. Thank you. Please pray for me.

@Jason N. How is it failing you? Illness, weakness, inability to eat, pain? I have found that Western medicine has it's place but unfortunately doesn't treat people holistically. They send you to specialists that look at "their" system and usually no one puts the entire picture together. I am not a doctor, but what I can offer is do your own research and become your own advocate. When I was too weak, I had a wonderful partner who did this for me. Naturopath medicine is a good start and you may have to interview many to find one you connect with. Some states cover alternative health services, some do not. Vermont is ahead of most states in acknowledging holistic medicine. Given all that, the symptoms are the "attention getters". It is a place to start. Do you balance your chakras daily and meditate? Keeping a daily journal noting symptoms, what you consume, any excersise and your body's reaction are also beneficial And of course you need to understand if your body is purging old energies so that blocks are lifted. An energy healer is the best resource. For You Tube you can become overwhelmed by the sheer numbers of intuitives. I like Lori Ladd, Aluna Ash, GlacialRain. There is a newer posting of a medical intuitive that advocates detoxing by drinking fresh celery juice upon awakening. And then there is ascension symptoms. My point is you have many areas to explore. I am having renewed syptoms and am exploring these options myself, and we must keep as positive an attitude as we possible. Don't watch the news, violent movies and limit exposure to "toxic" people and situations. Watch comedies or shows that make you laugh. These things do work Most of all, don't give up. I have written a lot and apologize for the length, but hopefully something will make sense to you. Best of luck and feel free to write again if you'd like. Grace

I found out on Monday that I have breast cancer, they believe that it may have spread to my bones. I know that this video alone won't cure me and I'm doing everything in my power to fight this. This meditation is helping me do the healing work inside. Thank you 🙏

That was great! I listened in my bed at night. I ended up falling asleep as most do. I did have a weird dream, but woke up realising it was a dream. And fell back asleep. When i woke up to go toilet, no more pain! It incredible. I read other people’s comments. I’m defs listening again tonight.

I came here because I recently sprained my ankle and I’m just hoping for a speedy recovery but then I read these comments below and I just wanted to say that I think it’s so incredible how many people are open to using these meditations as a method to healing their physical being. I hope everyone finds the relief they are looking for and most importantly a peace of mind. May all your aches and pains dissolve and may you wake up feeling better than ever before! You made me cry but in a most beautiful way. I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot. It's fall now, and I'm like a kid in my 70s in this land of trees where we are quick to see every time the sun's light streams through the clouds!

It's fall now. Sun glimmering through the trees, their bright luminosity in twittering red, orange and gold leaves-- dancing in the waft of breeze, sailing gently to the ground. What a final grace in their dying. The crunch of my feet grounded in their pile on the street--i mean am I lucky or what?! my dad recently passed away about 2 weeks ago. i haven't been able to sleep right since it happened, and my thoughts have been unbearably loud nonstop, as i've been going through a lot of grief. i woke up this morning feeling like i genuinely got a great nights sleep, and my mind feels a hundred times calmer now. i cannot thank you enough for posting this video 🫶🏻

So this morning I woke up to discover the rash on my face has improved tremendously after suffering with it for over two years and one test on antibiotics which hasn’t helped I am pleased to say that I have seen improvement 💗I started listening to this at night 3 nights ago. Very grateful for having found this recording. I have been using self–hypnosis recordings and meditations since the 1980s. I use them almost every night at least once if not twice or more. They really do work! Belief is one of the strongest things we can have to affect change in our bodies and minds.

Just happen to get on this site, was having a bit of anxiety it really put me to sleep much calmer, woke up it was sill on and decided to listen to it in the morning.630am, it had me sleeping again, Didn’t wake up until 1145😱and I’m not a late sleeper. I recommend this to anyone God bless

This is one of the better meditations I've listened to... dealing with diabetic plural neuropathy pain, fibro and insomnia, this is a very good distraction from it.

The government has declared war on pain meds even for non addicts with proof of chronic pain, so personally, I use " meditations for medication"
I love the narrator's voice, accent and cadence. Combined with the quiet, non intrusive music, this is a wonderful recording. !
