2. Souvenirs is a danish pop group formed in 1993 at Suldrup. The group consists of Sofie Bonde (vocals and guitar) and Nils Torp (bass, keyboards, guitar, violin, cello, accordion, vocals). Their music is composed by Nils Torp and Johnny Voss.
Since the band was formed they have released six albums: Souve9rs (1994), Sommerfugl [eng: Butterfly] (1996), Villa Danmark [eng: Villa Denmark](1998), De bedste souvenirs [eng: the best souvenirs] (2000), Ude på landet [eng: Out in the countryside](2001) and Cirkus [eng: Circus] 2004. Some of their most famous hits are "Han tog et nattog" (eng: he took a night train), "Jeg troed' du var hos Michael" (eng: I thought you were at Michael's) and "Jeg hader Susanne" (eng: I hate Susanne).

In "A Mile High," Souvenirs' lead singer reflects on the importance of his loved one and the way they make him feel. He admits that their relationship may not be perfect and that they both make mistakes, but that's okay because he enjoys having thoughts of her constantly in his head. While he admits that they may only mean half of the things they say, he promises to remain true to his word and follow through with his promises. I saw them with AFI. They are good, I was just bored. To be fair, this isn't the style of music I normally listen to. Monotone singing and chill riffs. Reminds me of Dashboard Confessional though.

Brittany Arford I agree with this I saw them as well I thought they were good I just couldn't enjoy it because I was in to much pain from standing in the cold but as soon as afi came on the adrenaline got me thru the pain
