He started his music career in 1979 as a member of the group Boulder, which released an album on Elektra that year. Going solo with a deal with Columbia, Bush released his self-titled debut in 1983. Similar to 80s contemporaries such as Eddie Money and Rick Springfield, he had an energetic rock sound with a heavy emphasis on crunchy guitar riffs.
Putting together a backing band called 'Barrage' featuring guitarist Don Kirkpatrick, keyboardist Rick Serrate, bassist Mike Seifrit, and drummer Jack White, Bush's next album brought him cult stardom. The 1987 release featured "The Touch", a track created for the Transformers movie that numerous fans of the franchise have loved.
Other notable work includes the song "Fight for Love" from the movie 'Kickboxer' as well as the theme from 'Bloodsport', titled "Fight to Survive". Both movies starred actor and athlete Jean-Claude Van Damme.

Nothin' Can Make Such Commotion
It Reaches Way Down In Your Soul
Round And Round
Like A Little Bit Of Rock 'N' Roll
Feel The Beat Coming Down
Over And Over
Such A Crazy Sound
Over And Over
Nobody How It Started
Or Exactly From Where It Came
All They Can Say Is It's Here To Stay
And I Don't Have To Say It's Name
But It Keeps Going
Round And Round
Over And Over
Round And Round
Feel The Beat Coming Down
Over And Over
Such A Crazy Sound
Rock 'N' Roll
All Around The World
Every Boy And Girl
People Moving To The Music
They Can't Stop Jumpin'
Their Hearts Start Pumpin'
Feel The Beat Coming Down
Over And Over
Round And Round
Over And Over
Such A Crazy Sound
Round And Round
Round And Round
Feel The Beat Coming Down
Over And Over
Oh, Oh, Over And Over
Such A Crazy Sound
Ohh
Oh, Round And Round
