Be My Baby
Steve Tyrell Lyrics
It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood
A beautiful day for a neighbor
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
It's a neighborly day in this beauty wood
A neighborly day for a beauty
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you
So, let's make the most of this beautiful day
Since we're together we might as well say
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you be?
Won't you be?
Please, won't you be my neighbor?
A beautiful day for a neighbor
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
It's a neighborly day in this beauty wood
A neighborly day for a beauty
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you
So, let's make the most of this beautiful day
Since we're together we might as well say
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?
Won't you be?
Won't you be?
Please, won't you be my neighbor?

Steve does it again - WOW
such cool beans !! His arrangments and wonderful musicians who play with him - along with his distinctive voice and interpetations are super - know it's him as soon as you hear his voice ! And such a great guy !! Hard to believe when he came out with his first album at 50 years old that I bought in 'Borders' here in North Jersey and it gave me goosebumps -and now this is his 11th album ! And I still feel the same and he sounds just as great as on that first one.If you get a chance to see him live - you must go !! Best of luck with this great new album !!Diane Schlobohm
