As a young collector,I was intrigued by an artist that was in an excellent band
by the name of TRAFFIC.And that man
was in a group at an earlier age yet,
that were called SPENCER DAVIS GROUP
and that man was of course,
STEVE WINWOOD.
When he began to go solo,
I lost interest,but I went back
to someone else who piqued
my interest at that same time
that I looked into the history
of those individual musicians.
The man himself,his namesake,
SPENCER DAVIS.
Gluggo.Mousetrap.Funky.
Living in a backstreet.
As well as titles before and after.
I will make it a point to
revisit his music,of
that of which I possess,
that he gave to us.
