They met in 1967, when Svenne Hedlund was singer in the band Hep Stars and Charlotte Walker, which was Lotta Hedlund's name at that time, toured Sweden with the girl trio Cherries from the USA. Svenne Hedlund and Charlotte Walker fell in love with each other, and Charlotte Walker left her family in the USA and moved to Sweden. They competed in the Swedish Melodifestivalen 1975 with the song "Bang en boomerang", finishing 3rd.
