1) Hard work is nothing new to the 24 year old rapper and producer from Little Rock, AR. Coming from a town that is not known for its musical talents, T.JAY knew that he had to create his own avenue. In 2005, after meeting hip hop mogul Russell Simmons, T.JAY decided to develop his own brand. He created On The Map Entertainment that year and began promoting himself across the state. In the same year his single “The South” was voted Hottest in the Rock by local hip hop station 96.5 FM. This began a melee of stage performances at local venues like Juanita’s and Vino’s. He continued to prove that his hard work could take him further than any other rapper in the state.
T.JAY is now prepared to release Nothin’ Less. The first single called “Breakfast & Biggie” started off with a buzz and picked up steam. The song put T.JAY in the running for XXL’s 1st Hip Hop Style Competition. Soon after in May of 2011 MTV’s Sway picked T.JAY’s “Breakfast & Biggie” video to be aired on Rap Fix Live. The song was played for rapper Ja Rule during an episode and was regarded with positive feedback. Rapper Ja Rule stated he was glad to see a young artist take his own initiative in an “untapped market”. The theme of the song reflects T.JAY’s love of the traditions of hip hop rather than following new fads. This theme carries over into the album itself. On the album, T.JAY handles a brand new production style. He mixes traditional sampling with current uses of melody and instrumentation. This delivers a soul sound while keeping the music current. Nothin’ Less encompasses the rapper’s will to succeed even when provided with the bare minimum. It introduces T.JAY’s fans to his new style and opens up a brand new door for the talented wordsmith.
3) YouTuber who uploads NBA highlights.

Woah
Girl I got a a issue with the way you move
I just can't control my self I don't know what to do
But pretend that you were me
Step into my shoes
You know I'm not the only one in here who's wanting you
Thought it was impossible that is until I seen it
Stay at home on Friday night
I got forces shiny white
I might take a tiny bite of you
Well you know exactly what you mean to me
In my mind a titan like you came from Tennessee
Low key
Well I guess I see exactly what your saying
For now I'll just ignore it and run my hand through your mane
Feel like I'm in charge finally I call the shots
Spinning tires making black circles in parking lots
Movin Dots Hitting spots
Want my next one on the rocks
Safe and sound a leap and bound like all of you is bots
Ooh There's no comin back
In and out the pocket man I feel like I'm a running back
Do it all for you
Spend a night or 2
Send that order too
Nah nah nah nah
You draw the form that's for my life
I know exactly what you like
Girl I got a a issue with the way you move
I just can't control my self I don't know what to do
But pretend that you were me
Step into my shoes
You know I'm not the only one in here who's wanting you
Oh no oh no didn't mean it
Thought it was impossible that is until I seen it
Stay at home on Friday night
I got forces shiny white
I might take a tiny bite of you
In the song "Coming Back" by T.JAY, the lyrics convey a sense of longing and desire towards a specific person. The singer admits to having an "issue" with the way this person moves, implying a strong attraction that they find irresistible. The lyrics suggest a struggle with self-control and a desire to imagine what it would be like to be in the person's position, stepping into their shoes. This longing is heightened by the realization that others also desire this individual, leading to a sense of internal conflict and confusion.
The singer expresses a deep emotional connection to the person, highlighting their importance in their life and comparing them to a formidable figure, a "titan," possibly symbolizing strength or allure. Despite understanding the implications of the situation, the singer chooses to ignore it and revel in the sense of power and agency they feel when in the presence of this person. The lyrics paint a picture of recklessness and impulsivity, symbolized by spinning tires in parking lots and a desire for risky behavior, all to show dedication to the object of their desire.
The lyrics also touch on themes of dependence and surrender, with phrases like "there's no coming back" suggesting a sense of being captivated and unable to escape the allure of this person. The singer expresses willingness to do anything for them, even suggesting a physical intimacy by mentioning taking a "tiny bite," which could symbolize a consuming desire or passion. The repetition of the chorus reinforces the intensity of these feelings and the internal struggle the singer faces in trying to resist the pull of their attraction.
The song's imagery and emotional depth convey a complex mix of longing, desire, and inner turmoil. It explores the conflicting emotions that arise when faced with a powerful attraction, highlighting the struggle to maintain control while being swept away by overwhelming feelings. Ultimately, "Coming Back" captures the raw and intense emotions that come with navigating the complexities of desire and the longing for connection.
