Rune attended at that time a course in sound engineering, and his growing interest for sonically more challenging music found its way naturally to the harddisk. That was the start of the cooperation between him and the two sisters that led to one demo.
After the demo was sent around to various record companies, Season of Mist signed Tactile Gemma.
Rune rebuilt his apartment, and recorded the self entitled full length debut album there.

the payout of the machines are the same, between 70% and 80% for penny machines, around 90% for $1 to $5 bet machines.
It does not matter if the machine has bonus rounds or not - the payout is the SAME as simple 3 reel machines with 1 payline

there is no secret to winning in casinos. Your best odds are simple 3 reel machines that take $10 or $25 bets = 95 to 97% return in the long run.

Great tips, thanks! Although the ATMs are the only machine in the casino that pay you, please DO NOT take your bank cards with you . Take whatever you want in cash and play slow, e.g. count to 30 before you press the play button each time. Remember, casino is always going to be there and you can always go back again so don't feel like spending all your money at once. Oh, make sure to fill up your gas and have a great meal with the money you are taking with you, at least part of it is spent well. I've seen people going to casino with their rent money or the monthly grocery money etc., that's so wrong. You are not going to get rich, you are going to lose (spend)the money for your entertainment and have some fun just like these gentlemen in the video suggest. I've won almost ten thousand by betting minimum so betting high doesn't mean you are going to get pay more. Play the machines that their max bet is affordable so you can win big with low bet. Self control and self discipline is the key.

Thanks, over all, this writing is the whole key to not only having fun, but possibly really winning. Play Slow!! Count the 30-50 seconds between pushes. Do clean house, do laundry, prepare next meal for fridge,, gas up car, pay all due bills and savings, put and clean up yourself with washable clothes. Go now, and when arriving, get a coffee and snack while walking around the casino just to see what's going around. How happy do the players seem? And, how certain machines are being used?
If you do hit a hand pay let the casios take out the taxes due. It may lesson the winnings at that time but it is a 'gift' (?)and next April 15th your going to not owe anything. Another gift, or get a refund?
One time I saw a player with cell phone in hand and that helped her play reallly slow, she had the highest win on that machine that it had ever paid out that over several different days I had visited. But the slow counting has increased the amounts of my pushes many times. Remember, it's a machine and we should respect it by being rude hitting and jaming fast speed if we want it to be nice. Saying all the above, I admit it is hard to play slow! A person is naturally inclined to get excited /or anxious and play fast. Thanks, your tips are helping to have more fun and have a little better sense gageing money and the bets. Many have benifited in using the win-loss letters tracking any taxes owed, and getting nice compts. I advise t letting the Casino subtract the taxes in the hand pays. No matter what ends up on April 15th it's a blessing to not owe, and another blessing to have tax credits! Just a helpful tip.

My husband and I go to the casinos in Atlantic City which is once a year. We go their mainly for fun and we always have a budget of $50-$100 each, we like to carry singles and $5 bills. We always look for the lowest bet on a slot machine so that we can play longer and hopefully win.
I remember my husband's first time at a casino which was also my first time in AC. He put in $5 in this one slot machine next to the slot machine i was playing. Yeah, I've played them a LOT, and had plenty of great wins (over $11,000 once on Dragon Link) but I'm not playing them any more! Having said that, it can be tons of fun, as long as you limit your bankroll to something that you don't mind throwing away.

I hit my first jackpot only after a month of going and I had only taken $40 with me to gamble with. Was mainly goin to support my mom and wasn't expecting to win. I won $10,000 in 20 minutes. so every hand pay is taxed to the full amount of whatever tax bracket you are in.
Most people do not itemize anymore because the standard deduction for a couple is $26,000

Nice to see your honesty and professional views. The thing that puts me off slot machines the most is that a lot of newer machines have a ton of buttons and LEDs. Like are they relevant and how? What is the hold button, how come sometimes I can use it and sometimes it is blocked. It might be very simple but I have no clue. I prefer touch screen trivia as I have a general knowledge way over average. I only use chicken feed and actually often win or draw even. If things go pear shaped I am careful to stick to the $6 I use in this local pub that I like. I sometimes play with the wife, but she often hits the buttons till I've had time to think and we lose. Keeps her amused though! On my own I do ok. A barman at a place on holiday had been rude to me and I was extra sure he heard the $5 I won clanking into the collect box. For me good fun in small amounts. People who blow huge money better have plenty of it, or they are in trouble!

Good video and informative so thanks guys. I wanted to comment on the "superstitions". Doing a little tapping on the corners before you play is ok, wear your lucky socks, stop the reels. All fine whatever floats your boat.
But do me and everyone else around you a favor and DO NOT rapidly punch or slap the screen while in a bonus or at any other time. It is extremely annoying and you look like a FOOL! Lastly please do not pound or slam the spin button. It is a button made to be pressed. You button punchers out there are ruining the button and making all of the machines worse by having broken buttons. Sorry to ramble but these are some things that drive me nuts in the casino and I know I'm not the only one.

I believe one tip was left out. I believe it matters what day of the week or what time of the day you play the machines. I frequent a casino regularly enough to have figured out that playing my favorite machines on a Friday or Saturday night is a waste of time compared to playing the same machine on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening.

Tuesday around 7:30p, over several years and at different places on the strip, or sometimes at Indian casino's, I've won large jackpots. Thursday's about the same. Early mornings around 8am, especially on video poker, playing max. has happened many different days over several years has been experienced. It may depend upon how the machines were played hard on times before those days. The slots exec told me the more they are played, and the amounts of $$$ played, is the key to bigger wins. Must be true. So timing is important. Like after the heavy playing on NY's eve. Try around 3/4 am for big wins? It is a sport and cost like entertainment for heavy spending. Food is usually great and often comp'd. Enjoy, and have a strad and budget. Cheers.

Their tip about stopping reels early isn't always true---I've been lucky a few times stopping the reel when I see a winning combination and had some nice hits. You have to know the rhythm of the machine to have a feel for when to do this.

If you are not changing denominations it should have no affect on the overall payback of the machine. As long as your $1 and $10 bet are both enough to be eligible for all bonus features then the payback would be the same

mine is this i put in a 5. play pennies, one coin per line, no more. if the amount gove over 5, cash out. do it with $50. at teh end count how many tickets went over 5. say it is 6. then yo cash out, take $30 6x5 = 30. and what is left over put in your pocket. say those first ten tickets added up to $40.05. thatis $10.05 in pocket. Nowtake the 6 fives and do it agian. now take the 6 tickets, add them up, ok now only 3 wentover 5. But you hit bonus and got $30 out of it. now cash in the tickets and take $15 3x5= 15. rest in your pocket. say the total was $36.09. that is $21.09 in pocket. Now do the 15. 3 fives. Now say only one goes over 5 but it is a bonus game and gives you $20. you put $15 in pocket. now you have only one 5 to play with. say it does terrible and you get a few pennies. now count in your pocket. 10 + 21 + 15 = 46, ya lost only $4 and really not that much becasue you put change in your pocket. and you built up a lot of points. now go home. THAt is how i play, i often come out ahead or if i lose it is not much. and move around, do not play the same machine if you hit a bonus, leave. it probably wont agian, though one time for me it did, i hit a bonus and i played itagian, and BAM i hit for $250. I left then.

My strategy is getting rope and tying it to machine and car, then I drive the machine home and sometimes I win, other times I just got a ticket for 5000 bucks with no way of cashing out the ticket.. got to figure that part out

In regards to setting a slots playing budget I have a good tip here...say for example you are going out of town to a casino or on a cruise for a certain period of time...okay say your time away from home is one week or 7 days & your playing budget is say $1,400 .00....the put $200.00 into each of 7 envelopes & only spend that $200.00 each day as your maximum...any profits each day can be put into a profit envelope if you like, okay.

That's great plan, however the onset of emotions are not dependable for a human nature. Can I really trust myself? What if I get depressed or too happy, or develope unpredictable emotions? A person can plan for being all spent up too soon, by also planning extra actities at that certain destanation/location. Are there other interesting atractions abailable?Other exciting things to do/see? Try to not get lonely or bored?

Someone I knew would have alot of 20s on them, they would cash out small wins like 10 bucks and 5 bucks and put another 20 in and repeat the process.. he would come out with some good money but like this guy said.. some of us have no self control

I've had a good winning percentage for years on slots. First I make sure I budget. Second I like to jump from slot to slot especially if there was a person on it for hours an haven't won much. Third I take my time and when I lose start losing often after a number of tries I move on. So far I have won more than I've lost.

And imo when you talk about stopping the reels, you are right that it doesn’t change the outcome of that spin, but it could change the outcome of future spins just via time manipulation. If you press every 5 seconds and you are getting no payback, at least it appears, that if you cut your immediate play to 3 seconds, you’re in a whole different time slot. You’re playing every 5 seconds from the 3 you hit. I’m not saying it’s best to stay on that timeline, but it seems to break loosing streaks because the timing is off. Not an expert

You can change it up any way you like, but the results are all random. Just don't think that you can magically control the outcome by stopping the reels early and having it stop more often on a winning combination.

I always take a few hundred dollar bills and play 100 on each machine, I always bet med to max bet so I can get a decent hit on a bonus round, after the bonus round I walk even if I'm down, usually if I keep playing afyer that bonus round I loose a lot of money. keeps me at the casino for awhile while having good chances at a jackpot, and I agree with always reading the machine rule, nothing sucks more than throwing money into a machine and not knowing your not eligible for the jackpot

Do you have many 'Hold' (where you stop a particular reel from spinning while letting the others spin) or 'Nudge' (where you can manually move reels up/down a notch) slot machines in US Casinos? They are quite common in UK locations. There's a bit more skill involved in those type of machines but I guess that's been factored into the payout rate.

Slot machines, where you have the option to hold one reel, are very rarely found in the US, I have never seen one in a regulated US casino. However, I have heard that they are sometimes used in jurisdictions where an element of skill is required for the slot machines to be legal.

My sister played a machine last week in Vegas and didnt win much. $100 but she went back the next week she swore the algorithm was changed because she lost pretty quick. She "discovered" that she could hit the play button and stop the machine. Now she felt empowered because she thought her plays gave her better results. Now I know the outcome is the same whether you hit play to stop the roll yourself or let the machine stop itself. That always feels like cheating and takes the fun out of it. Play on players!

Let's take Bank Busters for instance. You have to bet at least 50c to be able to get the random bonuses. However, you don't have to bet max to win big, or to win the biggest jackpot. These guys are giving good info. Here's why I'm not a max better. I don't run on max 😂

I've often gone to a casino and won right away. Which sucks because I wanted to spend some time there. I think they do that on purpose, because I usually stay and spend most or all of what I won. Sure, i didn't "lose" money, but I kind of did, because I could have walked away after 10 minutes with the $ I won. Something to think about.

These are rude behaviors. They show amature play and nothing should be done with violence. Maybe illegal, too. Please don't do this. It's a game and play it with the rules, and histories of win/loss If you can't aford to lose, stay away from the casino. Be a good sport, let others have fun without being threatened, and for yourself, have fun.

I was wondering if you could elaborate on "you don't always have to play the max" I generally do a max bet that fits into my budget, so if my personal max is $1 a spin, I will find a machine that starts below $1 but has a max-play of $1, so I could play on the jackpot each time. Usually, you only need to bet one coin on each payline in order to get a slot machine's maximum payback percentage. If you don't cover all of the paylines you may not be eligible for the bonus rounds which help to boost the payback percentage. Also, if you are a $1 max coin bettor on a penny machine, you would probably be better off betting 20 lines on a nickel machine or four lines on a quarter machine, assuming that would cover all of the paylines on those machines.

One of your tips said to get enough to hit a bonus. On some games it's better to get less lines than max and higher per line. Stinkin' Rich and Bombay max out at 77 lines, after that you just get more spins. I usually play 16 lines because you only miss out on some of the bonuses, but I bet more per lines. I've hit 2 signers in a few minutes in a 25 cent machine playing 9 lines x 3

It's frustrating when you want to play the slot machine and you have this one person playing 2 to 3 machines at the same time. When trying to hurry up, I tend to press the button several times to speed up but I ended losing everything. If I play almost the minimum bet, I stay longer but ended up losing everything. That's why I bet higher and when I get lucky and hit big, I cash out and walk away. But if I don't, I walk away pissed off or frustrated. Being greedy doesn't help either. It's like the machine is playing to get you mad. Thanks for this advice. I'll try this next time I go to the casino. I normally go 1 or 2 times a week just to play the free play and have up to $100 budget.

I know a slot Technician. He works at a casino just out of Chicago. He told me that when the technicians start there shift. They get a card just like a players card. It is at random on who's card can set the Machine to win. I seen a technician put his card in put his numbers in and take his card out and walk away. I played that machine and in 3 spin's I won $800. You have to catch them doing this. If you see them do this Try that machine and see what happens.
