He is a talented artist who draws from his personal experiences as well as the experiences of those who he surrounds himself with to write and produce his music. With his smooth and raspy tone, TEKI can be identified and set apart from all other artist in the industry through his unique sound combined with his infectious lyrics which add versatility to the industry as well. His unique voice has captured the ears of many Industry Executives and Music producers. Despite his career being young and in its infancy, he has become a YouTube sensation with many covers and renditions of his music being done by his many fans throughout the world. His song "Get To Know You" has been remade, remixed and covered as many times by his peers and fans as most other musical legends in the music industry, all together the videos have amassed over One Million views on Youtube. The song has also been featured on VH1’s ‘’What Chilli Wants’’ Season 2 a reality show of Chilli from the Legendary group ‘’ TLC’’, ‘’Get To Know You’’ was one of two songs selected on the show, the other one being ‘’Do Yuh Thang’’. Opening for multi-platinum selling artist “GINUWINE” as well as “JARED EVAN” of Zone4/Interscope Records and was on a two island Hawaii tour with Reggae Star Tarrus Riley. He is featured on a song with “CROOKED I” of Slaughterhouse who is currently signed to Rapper EMINEM’s Record Label, on a track for a hip hop artist known as “HOGG BOSS”, his debut album debuted at #39 on the Rnb/soul Itunes top 200 chart.
