In Tekno's popular song Neighbour, he sings about a girl who is causing trouble by constantly seeking his attention. He urges her neighbour to hold her "pikin" (child) and control her. The phrase "She dey whine tomato" refers to the girl's seductive dance moves resembling the motion of slicing tomatoes. The repetition of "E le o kotokotompa" throughout the song is a catchy hook that adds to the vibe of the song.
The chorus of the song is an appeal to the girl's neighbour to take care of her child and keep her under control. The verse, on the other hand, talks about the girl's seductive dance moves and her wild nature with lines such as "She get stamina, she dey parawan". Tekno's use of Nigerian Pidgin English and Yoruba language in the song adds to its unique appeal.
