Their music is a combination of 60s psychedelic rock, and 70s riff rock filtered though the progressive rock influences of today. Since their first release in 1999 'The Atomic Bitchwax' on Tee Pee Rec., they have toured every year in North America and Europe covering over 15 countries and continue to expand. In that time the band has released five more records including three full lengths. 'TAB-2, 3 and 4', two EPs 'Spit Blood', and 'Boxriff', which included a DVD live show filmed in Seattle's Sunset Tavern. Their music has also appeared in popular TV shows including 'Jackass', 'Home-wrecker' and 'Fox sports'. Future plans include the 2011 release of 'The Local Fuzz', boasting one 40 min. track of over 50 riffs back to back. This was followed by a live tour in April that year.

Hey Alright
The Atomic Bitchwax Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
And do you like it when he comes on through, uh huh, alright.
But is he good to you, uh huh, alright, yeah.
And do you like it when he comes on through, uh huh, yeah!
And do you like it when he comes on through, uh huh, yeah!
And do you like it when he comes on you, uh huh, right!
But is he good to you, uh huh, alright, yeah!
And do you like it when he comes on through, uh huh, yeah!
And do you like it when he comes on you, uh huh, right.
But is he good to you, uh huh, alright, yeah!
And do you like it when he comes on through, uh huh, yeah!
The lyrics of "Hey Alright" by The Atomic Bitchwax seem to be about a person who is questioning the satisfaction of someone he cares about with their partner. He wonders if their partner treats them well and if they enjoy being with them when they come over. The repetition of "uh huh, alright, yeah" and "uh huh, yeah" gives the impression of someone trying to convince themselves that everything is indeed "alright" and that their doubts are unfounded. However, the repeated question of "is he good to you?" betrays a deeper concern for the well-being of their loved one.
The phrase "when he comes on you" may be interpreted as sexual in nature and could be suggestive of a partner who is only interested in physical gratification. The chorus of the song indicates that the person singing is aware of this behavior but is still trying to convince themselves that everything is okay. Overall, the lyrics suggest that the singer is concerned about the quality of their friend's relationship and may be trying to convince themselves that everything is okay despite their doubts.
