A Hard Day's Night
The Beatles Recovered Band Lyrics

And I've been workin' like a dog
It's been a hard day's night
I should be sleepin' like a log.
But when I get home to you,
I find the things that you do
Will make me feel alright.
You know I work all day
To get you money to buy you things
And it's worth it just to hear you say,
You're gonna give me everything.
So why on earth should I moan?
'Cause when I get you alone,
You know I feel okay.
When I'm home,
Everything seems to be right.
When I'm home,
Feeling you holding me tight.
Tight, yeah.
It's been a hard day's night
And I've been workin' like a dog
It's been a hard day's night
I should be sleepin' like a log.
But when I get home to you,
I find the things that you do
Make me feel alright.
So why on earth should I moan?
'Cause when I get you alone,
You know I feel okay.
When I'm home,
Everything seems to be right.
When I'm home,
Feeling you holding me tight.
Tight, yeah.
It's been a hard day's night
And I've been workin' like a dog
It's been a hard day's night
I should be sleepin' like a log.
But when I get home to you,
I find the things that you do
Make me feel alright
You know I feel alright
You know I feel alright.
The Beatles Recovered Band's A Hard Day's Night is a story about a man who is extremely tired due to his hard work during the day, but he is comforted by his love for his partner who is waiting for him when he comes home. He talks about how his partner's presence helps him forget about his tiring day and makes him feel better. In the chorus, he talks about how even though he has worked like a dog, he is still happy and does not complain because he has someone to come home to.
The song is about the band's own experiences with their packed schedule which included touring, making music, and attending a lot of interviews. John Lennon reportedly came up with the lyrics when the band returned home after a tiring day at a concert and he saw all the fans gathered outside the hotel room. The song captured the band's exhaustion after a long day of hard work and how they found solace in the love and support of their partners.
A Hard Day's Night was a huge success, and it went to number one in both the UK and the US, breaking records in the process. It also provided the title for the band's first movie, which was released in the same year. The song is still popular and considered an iconic hit.

Really nice work here folks. Been awhile since your play date of 2012. Really nice guitar work...and a rythym barak at the 3:00 mark. That Selmer rig really sounds great btw
