Feeling the need for more intense negative emotions towards something or someone

Being affected by failure and negative consequences

Man's brutality and his in-inability in feel empathy,
The lack of empathy in human beings and how it leads to brutality

with misery is one of mankind worst sins
Allowing others to suffer and causing misery is a terrible characteristic of humanity

it is the very basis of human degradation,
Misery and lack of empathy are the root cause of human decline

and if man can create so much suffering,
If humans can cause so much pain and harm to others

what right does he have to complain when he himself suffers?
It is hypocritical to complain about one's own suffering if they have caused pain to others

A memory or lesson that is painful and hard to forget

Thought that people would learn
Expecting others to learn from their mistakes and improve
