The First Step started in early 2001 with two simple goals in mind: to invi… Read Full Bio ↴The First Step started in early 2001 with two simple goals in mind: to invigorate their local North Carolina scene and to write fast, thrashy hardcore that was lyrically honest and open. While the last 4 years have taken them all over the North America and Europe the goals still remain the same. Their releases include a demo-tape (later released as a 7" by LiveWire Records), Open Hearts and Clear Minds 7", an LP entitled What We Know and a final 7" called Connection. The First Step played their last show in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania september 6th 2008.

As we make choices throughout our lives as we all make some that have negative outcome
Many are just the lack of knowledge & some come from believing & trusting a self serving
person whom didn’t have our best interest at 💓Therefore it can effect our decision making
process * Clarity is being aware of the difference between our decisions being what we feel is
Good for our destiny verses our choices in which back fired on us Let’s remember we either
have it within us or we don’t Our character is full of passion * or we are more shallow & more
about attention * Do we want everyone’s attention or we are made to only choose special attention
Being a women I have had lots of attention thru the years I could be married many times * I can be traveling
Living large * Whatever is available is up to “ me” I can go with it or I can consider the consequences Do I make
choices upon what others say * tell me it’s Fun* upon persuasion * or do I go inside & consider the outcome ....
Think of long term .... Our desires can be fulfilled * But With Who makes All the difference in the world 🌎
Many can tell us what we should go for & how silly we are for passing up opportunities .... but those whom
advice are not the ones with the “ feelings” at steak * Many react to many things upon self serving benefits
It’s never been in my dna . I was raised with self respect * I was raised to “ wait” I was taught principles &
Values * I’m sad that there are so many who are empty & lost souls ‘ lonely but I’m not going to give my
Valuable self to live a empty life with someone out of pity to feel nothing * I want to feel happy healthy
full of feelings * I’m a romantic * I’m spiritually grounded & know the feeling of gratefulness But I can

many know no boundaries * Boundaries *differentiates making the obvious intentionally deliberate upon
what is felt * they respect * so there is no misunderstandings * This is the meaning of Principle * it’s what I
think is Class * When a person is classy they display it thru their actions * & their priorities are obvious *
I believe these are attributes in which come NATURAL to those whom had these principles instilled in their
upbringing &/or some make a decision / commitment to them selves & God to change their ways & desire
to live their lives through the WORD not of the World 🌎 We can all unintentionally disappoint & hurt another
The difference is our intentions & a spitball pure ♥️whom desires intimacy knows the difference * As I always
say the belief system in which makes up our character is 5he substance of who we really are from the inside
If we are not made up of the similar substance we will never blend together with delicious flavor * Those whom
have Compatible characters are blessed with a beautiful beginning of harmony 🎶& will always have the last dance

I love Abraham and their teachings,so very much appreciated at this time.I wonder if contrast need be part of our path?Or could we get to a state of being, whereby there is no contrast.In other words there is no good things or bad things,just a pure state of acceptance,of all that is.In which case our emotions don't go up or down,they just accept what is and go with the flow.Thus removing contrast.Almost how you read that some of the masters are like,in a continual state of bliss,accepting come what may,perfect balance not influenced by contrast or alignment....Just wondering...Awsome material!!
