1. Jayceon Terrell Taylor (born November 29, 1979 in Compton, California, United States), better known by his stage name Game, formerly known as The Game, is an American Grammy Award winning gangsta rapper signed to Aftermath Entertainment through his own label Black Wall Street Records, with which he founded with his half brother Big Fase 100. He rose to fame in 2005 with the success of his debut album, The Documentary, and his two Grammy nominations. Since then he has released several other critically acclaimed albums, 2006's Doctor's Advocate and 2008's LAX. The RED Album was released August 23, 2011. All of his four albums debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 100, and he is widely considered to be a driving force in bringing back the West Coast hip hop scene and competing with many of his East Coast counterparts.
Studying various influential rap albums, Game developed a strategy to become a rapper himself and with help from Big Fase, they founded The Black Wall Street Records. The label originally featured such artists as Glasses Malone, Vita, and Nu Jerzey Devil, along with Game himself. His stage name was coined by his grandmother. Game first gained prominence when he attended a hip-hop summit hosted by Russell Simmons and Louis Farrakhan, releasing his first mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 1 in 2002, followed by a record deal with the independent label, Get Low Recordz owned by JT the Bigga Figga. Originally Sean Combs of Bad Boy Records was going to sign him to his label, but Game's mixtape found the attention of famed producer Dr. Dre, who signed him to Aftermath Entertainment in 2003. In October 2004, he released his first album Untold Story through Get Low Recordz, which sold over 82,000 copies within its first three months. The album featured artists like Sean T, Young Noble (of the Outlawz), and JT the Bigga Figga. Game also appeared on various mixtapes hosted by DJ's such as DJ Kayslay, DJ Whoo Kid, and DJ Clue. Game also released a second mixtape You Know What It Is Vol. 2 through his own record label and appeared on the video game NBA Live 2004 on a song produced by Fredwreck called "Can't Stop Me". On January 24th, 2011, he released a mixtape entitled, "Purp & Patron."
2. A British 60s Band formed by Terry Spencer in 1965. It’s line up was : Marc Dimitri (Vocals), Hervé Lorthioir (guitar), Patrick Larrieu (guitar), Jacques-Laurent Lardaud (bass), Fredéric Rottier (Drums), Dominique Cointre (keyboards), Claire (ch). I am the champion my friend
And I'll keep on fighting 'till the end
I am the champion
I am the champion
Don't end for loser 'cause I am the champion
[The Game]
Guess who's back in a son of a bitch
Not the UGK like bun be and pimp see
But I gotta go shoot a bucket in my bently
Ain't shit changed with the guts in a range
And no more Lloyd Banks,Tony Yayo and Young Buck in my lane
I'm a hood nigga for real mothafuck the fame
Nigga I'ma get mine
You can hate it or love it but it's a thin line
Between G Unot and G Unit
Nigga talk shit catch one in the hip
Fuck beefin the rhyme
50 forgot about his but I took mine
I showed you all 5 but he never took 9
He rap like Trina blah blah blah
Ok, shut up
Let us see the wound
Show it to the world
He got shot in the mouth and cried like a girl
You cried like a girl
And I gangbang so hard it'll bring back curls
I'm tellin' your fan don't believe that shit
Tryna beef with The Game like he that sick
You movie was trash and I went to see that shit
With a camera and got it on DVD that quick
Chicken Little and Harry Potter
The bootleg hell yeah we got 'em
Two movies 15 dollars with no numbers on the bottom
Hahahahahahaha.........
Chicken Little ghetto pimp!
I am the champion my friend
And I'll keep on fighting 'till the end
I am the champion
I am the champion
Don't end for loser 'cause I am the champion
Of the world, yeah!
The lyrics to The Game's song "We Are the Champions" can be interpreted as an anthem for perseverance and success. The opening lines "I am the champion my friend, and I'll keep on fighting 'till the end" suggest that the rapper has faced obstacles and challenges but has persisted through them. It could also be seen as a metaphorical nod to his rise in the music industry, proving himself as a champion among his peers. The repetition of "I am the champion" reinforces this theme and reminds the listener of their own potential for greatness.
As the song progresses, The Game takes shots at his former label mates in G-Unit, criticizing their lack of talent and accusing them of copying his style. The line "You movie was trash and I went to see that shit, with a camera and got it on DVD that quick" could refer to 50 Cent's film "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" which was released around the same time as The Game's own album. The Game's braggadocious attitude is on full display with lines like "I gangbang so hard it'll bring back curls" and his disregard for the fame and fortune that often come with success.
Overall, "We Are the Champions" is a song about triumph, perseverance, and individuality. The Game asserts himself as a champion in his own right and encourages listeners to do the same. It's a bold and unapologetic cementing of his place in the hip-hop world.
