The lyrics shift to a bow-legged and toothless hag who can't find cocaine to fill her bag. An old spinster rocking in her chair got rid of the singer merely because of his long hair. The singer describes how the old lady has an old-world charm, but she is anything but sweet. She is a pill-popper and always goes where the wind takes her. The lyrics also suggest that the singer has a backstage pass for rock and roll.
The song ends with a mention of the last call, and the singer says that he has gotten rid of the person addressed in the lyrics. He advises her to learn that every man she meets, she's got to burn. He then issues a threatening "lock and load" to her, ending the song with an intense vibe.
