Bloodlust
The Last Ten Seconds Of Life Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Where is all the anger for the ones that abuse the cross
We let them sink their teeth in
And nothing's ever done
Where is the protection
For the defenseless
Trapped in the house of God
Perverse icons
They summon them
We will send them
To the angel of righteousness
Follow the cross to find the worst of sins
No pity
No prayer
For the wicked
Bloodlust
Find them
Bloodlust
Burn them
Where's the fucking outrage
They should be dragged out into the streets and their heads hung for display
When for years and years
They've created a prison of youth
And there's been Nothing done, nothing done, nothing fucking done
Evil built Upon innocent guilt
A prison of youth
Forever trapped in the house of God
Perverse icons
They summon them
We will send them
To the angel of righteousness
Follow the cross to find the worst of sins
No pity
No prayer
For the wicked
Bloodlust
Find them
Bloodlust
Burn them
No pity
No prayers

This vocalist is bad ass glad they are upping the tempo and doing something different. I think this vocalist fits more with this band than stormy because of the direction these guys are now going. Once stormy starts his own band hopefully it will be as good as Souless... but for now I enjoy John and will support these guys.

STORM IS MAKING HIS OWN BAND? i forgot to find out why he left, do you know?

hi man

I don't like this style, not because its not good, but because I can feel them drifting from the sound that made them, them yanno? I'll forever miss Stormy )):

I feel that Stormy's vocals were one of the elements of TLTOL's music that put them outside the mold of generic deathcore. I really wish he would've stayed, I think he complimented their sound PERFECTLY, and those lows of his are just fucking undeniable. Nonetheless the new vocalist is a good replacement and this song is fucking awesome, I'm so stoked that they're back.

I'm so happy they found a vocalist that caters to their vocal needs while still making it his own. I cannot wait for this album.

The new vocalist definitely killed it!

Kenan Morris

Dude killed soulless hymns before he was even announced as vocalist for tltsol at the 89th street collective in Oklahoma a while back. I actually got to hang out with this dude after their show! He's hands down the coolest dude I've met. So glad to see that the band is going strong still!
