Los Angeles-based singer/songwriters Inara George (The Bird and the Bee), Becky Stark (Lavender Diamond) and Eleni Mandell have cumulatively spent decades writing, recording and singing around the world with their respective groups. Now, after years of seed-planting, the accomplished trio has finally recorded their Vanguard debut album, Love to Live as The Living Sisters.

Alex Lilly (Obi Best) filled in for Inara during the last months of her pregnancy and joined the Living Sisters in 2010.

I can't believe that tonight is the first time I have ever heard of The Living Sisters! They are fantastic. WFUV out of Fordham University in the Bronx, NY should be playing these gals! I am going to request. The lyrics are great and the harmonies are fantastic.
