The band members have been collected from previous local bands as Six Plys Tzar, Sun Sour Hippie Que and Romeo (later called &Juliette, because of the confusion with a Dutch R&B group with the same name).

After a DVD has been released with a few performances, supported by the band, the band decided to record their own music. In 2008, this resulted in the release of their debut album Sketches of The Men From U.N.C.L.E., with new compositions. The following year, the first single Petit Chanson D was released. The style of music is reminiscent of Kings of Leon, especially because of the distinctive voice of singer Vervoort, but mixed in with other cinematic elements.

Although the question arose increasingly, whether the band should continue independently, so apart from the dance group, they decided to stay with dance group. Both the dancers and the musicians agree that they prefer perfoming in unusual locations, which can serve as the backdrop for the raucous music.
