Brothers and sisters
This refers to other people in the community who are like family to us.

These wicked people want to prevent others from achieving success and achieving their goals.

But I'm hoping
Despite the bleakness of the situation, I maintain hope that things can get better.

Father will change this situation
Divine intervention is necessary to fix this situation.

For it's bad, many dreadful
The situation is incredibly dire and awful, with many people suffering greatly.

Most of our skilful people
Our most talented and capable individuals.

That do the useful in our country
Those who contribute positively to our society and make it a better place to live.

Can't give them a helping hand at all
Unfortunately, these skilled individuals are unable to help others due to the pervasive madness that surrounds them.

Because madness they control
Their actions are limited by the madness that is pervasive in our society.

Of their little brain
These individuals are unable to think clearly and make rational decisions due to the madness that surrounds them.

And they just don't know what to do
As a result, even those who could help are unable to do so.

The pain and suffering caused by the madness is simply unimaginable.

Everywhere you go
This problem is present and affects people no matter where they are in the world.
