Who's Lovin' You
The Miracles Lyrics

I treated you bad
And wrong my dear
And since
Yeah, since you been away
Dontcha know
I sit around
With my head hangin' down
Who's lovin' you
I, I, I, I, I should have never ever
Never never made you cry
And since
Girl since you been gone
Dontcha know
I sit around
With my head hangin' down
And oh, I wonder
Who's lovin' you
Life without love
Is oh so lonely
I don't think that I
I'm gonna make it
All my life
All my life, yeah
Belongs to you only
Come on and take it girl
Come on and take it
Because
All, all I
All I can do, all I can do
Since you been gone is cry
And it's you, you, oooh
Yeah I wonder
And worry about what I do
Don't you know I
Sit around
Oh, with my head hangin' down
And wonder
Who's lovin' you
(Who's lovin you)
The Miracles' song Who is a heart-wrenching ballad about lost love and regret. The lyrics tell a story of a man who mistreated and took his lover for granted, causing her to leave him. He now realizes the error of his ways and yearns to know who is loving her now that she's gone. He laments about how lonely his life has become without her and that all he can do since she left is cry. He implores her to come back and take his heart because it belongs to her only. The repetition of the phrase "I wonder who's loving you" adds to the melancholic vibe of the song.
The lyrics of "Who" are full of pain and remorse, and the vocal performance by Smokey Robinson adds to the emotional intensity of the song. The slow, soulful melody with a prominent bassline and harmonious backing vocals also conveys the sadness and longing expressed in the lyrics. The song was very successful and helped establish The Miracles as an R&B powerhouse in the early 1960s.

in the words of Smokey "I couldn't believe a lil kid could sing that song with so much emotion! It was incredible for me, as a songwriter, to see my song performed so well"
@bryani2449
Yes this is the original and props to it and Smokey's voice is just absolutely amazing, But little Michael Jackson omg he sang it with so much more soul
@beverlyharris9859
Thank you Smokey Bill. SENSATIONAL BEAUTIFUL HEAVENLY AWESOME!!!!
@hdclark09
from what I understand. Smoky said that he thought Michael did a great job, for someone who had never experienced that kind of love...But I am a firm believer that you can look at kids sometimes and see that they have an old soul...I think Michael had such a soul...
@juliantarango7579
